  • CSU Global is now offering a self-enroll or facilitated course in Online Teaching for Adult Learners. This course is designed to teach engagement techniques for all types of online learning and development.

Policy and Support Initiatives

  • The university has updated its policy to accept transfer credit for Passing (P) and Satisfactory (S) grades earned during the Spring 2020 and Summer 2020 terms from other state institutions (including 4-year and community colleges).

STUDENT-SPECIFIC INFORMATION

  • Students should log in at portal.csuglobal.edu for the most up-to-date information. 
  • Please contact your Student Success Counselor for any assistance, or work with your instructors if you have concerns about meeting course-specific deadlines.
  • Espyr is CSU Global’s free Student Assistance Program. They are available 24/7/365 to assist students with referral services or counseling. Please contact your Student Success Counselor, or check your student email for the password to access this program by phone at 866-734-5890 or online at espyr.com
  • If you’re experiencing financial hardship related to COVID-19 (i.e. change in employment or financial status), contact your Student Success Counselor to discuss alternative options.

CARES Act Relief Aid

The Department of Education has allocated approximately $12 billion for assistance to colleges and universities, as well as their students, who have been affected by COVID-19. Institutional Loans

Students may request that their Institutional Loan be placed into a temporary suspension status with UNISA and CSU Global, which will suspend payments and interest between April 1, 2020, and September 30, 2020. Students who reach out to either UNISA or to CSU Global will be directed to the Financial Aid Advising team to discuss their current situation. The student will then be directed to provide relevant documentation to support their suspension request as well to complete the FA - Institutional Loan Suspension Request Form. Students who are approved for a suspension will receive a suspension through September 30, 2020. This option will be offered to students with in-school payments and students who are out of school and in a standard repayment plan. Students must also provide proof from their HR department (or other official means) that the student has been furloughed, laid off, or otherwise had their standard work hours curtailed due to COVID-19. Documentation of a layoff or loss of job can include unemployment documentation from their local or state unemployment office.

SPRING 2022 COMMENCEMENT 

Saturday, June 4, 2022
10 a.m. – 12 p.m. MT via livestream

The Spring 2022 Commencement ceremony will be a completely virtual event – a wonderful opportunity to celebrate with your friends and family from the comfort of home. You'll have your photo and personal statement/thank you displayed (if provided), have your name read, and enjoy speeches and recognition from university faculty and leadership! Students who wish to participate in the June 4 ceremony can register in their Student Portal starting March 1, 2022, and must be done by April 29, 2022.
