Many of our students work for employers who partner with third-party companies to process educational benefits for their employees. If you believe you are eligible for benefits through your employer but do not see them on the list of individual employer partners we have, it is very possible that you may receive benefits under the "umbrella" of one of these larger organizations:
Full-time State of Colorado employees who decide to register at CSU Global may enjoy a special tuition rate through an understanding established with the State of Colorado. If you are a State of Colorado employee, please log into your Benefit Hub for complete details. Employees eligible for tuition benefits and/or discounts should apply with the Partnership Referral Code supplied to the State of Colorado and made available in the Benefit Hub portal. Once admitted, employees will be asked to upload proof of eligible employment in order to receive student benefits through this partnership.
Please note that CSU Global is not currently partnered with Benefit Hub, so this understanding is restricted to select State of Colorado employees.
Employees eligible for tuition benefits and/or discounts should apply with the Partnership Referral Code supplied to Benesyst by CSU Global. Once admitted, employees will be asked to upload proof of BeneScholarTM eligibility in order to receive student benefits through this partnership.
Employees eligible for tuition benefits and/or discounts should apply with the Partnership Referral Code supplied to Coalition Against Fraud by CSU Global. Once admitted, employees will be asked to upload proof of employment by an employer who has an active affiliation with the Coalition Against Fraud in order to receive student benefits under this partnership.
Employees eligible for Education Access benefits because of their employer’s relationship with Bright Horizons/EdAssist may be eligible for benefits through this mutual partnership. Once admitted, employees will be asked to upload their Education Access eligibility letter or approval form in order to receive benefits through this partnership.
Employees eligible for tuition benefits and/or discounts through their own employer’s partnership with Edcor must apply to CSU Global using the partnership referral code provided to Edcor (and available on the TPA website), and/or ensure they applied for benefits through Edcor. Once admitted, employees will be asked to upload proof of current employment by an employer who has an active affiliation with Edcor in order to receive student benefits under this partnership.
Employees from select government entities are eligible for tuition discounts with CSU Global. After being admitted, employees should upload to their My Documents center of their Student Portal current proof of employment with one of the following: the Departments of Agriculture; Commerce; Defense; Education; Energy; Health & Human Services; Homeland Security; Housing & Urban Development; Interior; Justice; Labor; State; Transportation; Treasury; or Veteran Affairs. In addition, current proof of employment will be accepted for those employed by the Federal Office of Personnel Management and by the Internal Revenue Service.
Employees eligible for tuition benefits and/or discounts should apply with the Partnership Referral Code supplied to HCA by CSU Global. Once admitted, employees will be asked to upload proof of current employment by an HCA employer who is participating in the Bright Horizons/EdAssist Education Access benefits program to receive student benefits under this partnership.
Employees eligible for tuition benefits and/or discounts should apply with the Partnership Referral Code supplied to IECRM by CSU Global. Once admitted, employees will be asked to upload proof of current employment and current employer membership in IECRM in order to receive student benefits under this partnership.
Employees eligible for tuition benefits and/or discounts should apply with the Partnership Referral Code supplied to ISTS by CSU Global. Once admitted, employees will be asked to upload proof of current employment by an employer who has an active affiliation with the Tuition Assistance program offered through ISTS in order to receive student benefits under this partnership.
Employees eligible for tuition benefits and/or discounts should apply with the Partnership Referral Code supplied to Scholarship America by CSU Global. Once admitted, employees will be asked to upload proof of current employment by an employer who has an active affiliation with Scholarship America in order to receive student benefits under this partnership.

Check with your employer’s Human Resources department to determine your eligibility for the Employer Partnership program and learn more about which CSU Global programs or degrees are available to you through the partnership. In many cases, employees are free to choose their own path!

To ensure you can take full advantage of CSU Global's partnership with your employer, be sure to enter your specific Partnership Referral Code on the first page of the application. Your employer’s Human Resources department will provide you with this code.
Tip: If your employer partners with a third party, parent group, or organizational partner (e.g. EdAssist, Benesyst, IECRM, ISTS, etc.), use the code shared with them for eligible employees.
