FACULTY AND STUDENTS PRESENT AT LEARNLAUNCH ACROSS BOUNDARIES CONFERENCE

CSU Global faculty member, James Meredith, and students, Julie Meiklejohn and Katherine Mossman, will present on the competency-based learning opportunities CSU Global provides to high school teachers at the LearnLaunch Across Boundaries Conference in February.

Their presentation, entitled “Competency-Based Professional Learning Opportunities,” will focus on the 100% online education offered by CSU Global to advance the needs of high school teachers. Online access has eliminated many barriers to credentialing, especially for students in remote and rural areas, while directly supporting the needs of teachers, students, schools, communities, and local businesses in Colorado.

The Learn Launch Across Boundaries Conference brings the edtech community together to drive innovation with the goal of transforming learning opportunities and increasing achievement using digital technologies. Educators, education administrators, entrepreneurs, investors, education companies, and technology innovators will all be present in Boston, Massachusetts to learn, educate others, and discuss the hot topics in education and technology.
