CSU GLOBAL SPONSORS WORKSHOP FOR THE WESTERN GOVERNOR'S ASSOCIATION WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE

CSU Global is sponsoring the Colorado Workshop for the Western Governor’s Association Workforce Development Initiative on Monday, September 18 and Tuesday, September 19. Keynote speakers include John Hickenlooper and Dennis Daugaard, the governors of Colorado and South Dakota, respectively.

The workshop’s theme is effective partnerships with industry for workforce development, and is the second in a series for the Chairman's Initiative of Gov. Daugaard, WGA’s Chair. The initiative seeks to leverage the region’s best thinking to bridge the gap between prospective workers and employers in the West. With that theme in mind, CSU Global saw an excellent opportunity to further contribute to the discussion on how its mission for career-relevant, quality education can create enhanced career opportunities for today’s modern learners.
