Douglas Orr, Ph.D., a native of Philadelphia, PA, is a CSU-Global faculty member in the criminal justice and law enforcement degree program. Orr is a 30-year law enforcement veteran who has served in South Carolina, Idaho, and Washington. He has been teaching at CSU-Global since 2011.
Orr is a member of the Police Executive Research Forum, the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences, the American Society of Criminologists, and the Homicide Research Working Group. He is a nationally certified polygraph examiner, and also holds certification as an EnCE Computer Forensic Examiner.
